Day 01
Fly from Kathmandu to Biratnagar or Bhadrapur (50mins). On arrival drive to Gangtok. (7hrs). Arrive at hotel.
Day 02
A.M:
Visit Enchey Monastery, Deer Park, Government Institute of Cottage Industry, Dodrul Chorte, Research Institute of Tibetology.
P.M:
Visit Rumtek Monastery. Overnight stay at Hotel Norkhill.
Day 03
Gangtok launching (2,750 mts/11 km/6 hrs)
A.M:
Drive early morning to Lachung, a small picturesque village surrounded by high snowcap peaks, located in a valley in North Sikkim. Overnight stay at Alpine Resort Lodge.
Day 04
Lachung-Yumthang-Lachung.(3,500 mts/15 hrs/25 km)
A.M:
Drive after breakfast through conifer and rhododendron forests. Packed lunch provided. Overnight stay at Alpine Resort Lodge.
Day 05
Lauhung-Gantok : Drive back to Gantok. Overnight stay at Hotel Norkhill.
Day 06
Gantok-Pemayangste (2,085 m/117 km/4/12 hrs)
A.M:
After breakfast, drive through semi tropical forest, cardamom plantation and village.
P.M:
Visit the Pemayangste Monastery, situated adjacent to the hotel.This is a premier Monastery of Sikkim built in the 17th century. Overnight stay at Hotel Norbu Gang Resort.
Day 07
Pemayangste-Khechapladri Lake- Pemayanste: (24 km/1/24 hrs)
A.M:
After breakfast drive to Khechapladri lake.
P.M:
A short trek to Sangachholing Monastery (2 km/45 min) located on a hillock above the Hotel. One a clear day the view of the mountain range is breathtaking. Overnight saty at Hotel Norbu Gang Resort.
Day 08
Pemayangste-Kalimpong (133 km/5 hrs) Breakfast : Full day sightseeing of Kalingpong Town. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 09
Kalinpong-Biratnagar/Bhadrapur (150 km/4 hrs)
A.M:
After breakfast drive to Biratnagar/Bahadrapur airport and check in for your flight to Kathmandu.
