Day 01
Fly from Kathmandu to Biratnagar or Bhadrapur airport. On arrival at Bitratnagar/ Bhadrapur drive to Darjeeling(5 1/2 hrs). Overnight stay at Hotel Windamere.
Day 02
Darjeeling (2,100 m)
A.M:
Visit Himalayan Zoo- Himalayan fauna in natural habitat red panda, black bear,yaks and the famous snow leopard/ Himalayan mountaineering institute and Museum of EVEREST Expedition/ Tibetan handicraft.
P.M:
Darjeeling-pemayangeste, (102 km/4 1/2 hrs) After lunch drive to Pemayansgate, West sikkim. Overnight Norbu Gang Resort.
Day 03
Pemayangste:(2085)
A.M:
Visit the pemayangste Monastery. This is a premier monastery of Sikkim built in the 17th century
P.M:
A short walk to Sangabhholing Monastery (2 km/45 min) located on a hillock above the hotel. On a clear day the view of the mountain range is breathtaking. Overnight stay at Hotel Norbu Gang Resort.
Day 04
Pemayangste-Gangtok(1,600 m/117 km/4 1/2 hrs)
A.M:
Drive through semi tropical forest, cardamom plantation and small villages to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim.
P.M:
Free. Overnight stay at hotel Norkhill resort.
Day 05
Gangtok:Full day Sightseeing.
A.M:
Visit Enchey Monastery, deer park, Government Institute of Cottage Industry, Dodrul Chorten, Research Institute of Tibetology.
P.M:
Visit Rumtek Monastery, situated. This magnificent monastery was built by the late Gyalwa Karmpa, the head of the Kagyo sect. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06
Gantok-Kalimpong (1,588 m/85 km/ 2/12 hrs)
A.M:
Drive along the Rangeet river to Kalimpong.
P.M:
Visit flower nurseries/local monastery/handcraft center. Overnight stay at Hotel Silver Oaks.
Day 07
Kalimpong-Biratnagar/Bahadrapur (221 km/6/12hrs) Early morning drive to Biratnagar/Bhadrapur airport and check in for your flight to Kathmandu.
